Fall & Spring 2026-2027 Room Rates
The Housing License and Meal Plan Agreement is a binding contract covering the full academic year, which includes both the fall and spring semesters. If entered into after the start of the academic year, the agreement remains valid for the duration of that year. By signing, students agree to pay the University for the license to reside in residential spaces that are owned, operated, or leased by the University.
Billing for housing occurs at the beginning of each semester, with half of the contracted amount invoiced at the start of the fall semester and the remaining balance due at the start of the spring semester. Additionally, all undergraduate students residing on campus are required to purchase a meal plan, and thus, the total room cost reflects both housing and meal plan fees.
