Advising & Registration

At Marymount, we pride ourselves on our commitment to student success and the individual attention given to students in and outside of the classroom.

  • Every student is assigned a faculty advisor from their department after they are admitted to Marymount.
  • Students work closely with advisors to select their courses each semester and to prepare for internship opportunities during their final year at Marymount.

As a transfer student, you'll likely be bringing in a number of transfer credits.

  • Transfer credit evaluation will be handled by the Office of the Registrar after you are admitted to Marymount.
  • Students typically receive their transfer credit evaluation by e-mail two to three weeks after being admitted to Marymount.
  • If you are interested in learning more about how many of your credits might transfer to Marymount, we encourage you to look over our transfer credit resources.
