The Emerson G. Reinsch Library collection supports the University’s academic programs as well as the varied information needs of its student, faculty, staff, and community users. In addition to print materials, the library provides access to a wide selection of licensed online information resources such as e-journals, article indexes, and reference tools.
Marymount University is a member of the Washington Research Library Consortium (WRLC), which allows eligible patrons to borrow materials from most of the academic libraries in the Washington, DC area. The Marymount collection consists of more than 389,000 volumes in print or electronic format. Most of the library’s print collections are housed on the main campus in the Emerson G. Reinsch Library, though there are less frequently used materials at the WRLC Shared Collections Facility as well as selected reserve materials at the Ballston Center Library Extension.
