University-Wide Graduate Admissions Requirements

If you have or will have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university prior to enrollment, you are eligible to apply.

(Professional accreditation will require further review.)

The following items are university-wide graduate admissions requirements:

  • Completed application with a nonrefundable $50 application fee (paid within the application)
  • Official transcripts for all accredited university/college work completed
  • A résumé

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Supplemental Fee

Applications and all supporting documentation to the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program must be submitted via PTCAS.
