- Housing agreements are August 1 - July 15. Priority is given to students who are willing to begin their agreement August 1. Upon starting an agreement, the resident is responsible for completing the full agreement term OR finding another student will to take over the lease term.
Units are unfurnished.
Each student will be billed in three increments: Fall, Spring and Summer for utilities (water, sewer, trash, electric) in accordance with the HLA. All other utilities are the responsibility of the resident including phone, cable and/or internet.
The MU shuttle stops at the 4040 Center, the Ballston Campus (1000 N. Glebe), the Ballston Metro, and Main Campus.
To be eligible, you must be an admitted full-time graduate or second-degree program at Marymount University.
- Parking is not included in your rental rate. You can arrange for parking through OCRS or purchase a parking permit for Marymount parking. Parking arranged through OCRS will be billed in three increments: Fall, Spring and Summer.
