Every Wednesday the Student Health Center will offer an event or program designed to promote health and wellness among Marymount students.

Doggie De-Stress
Wednesday, 6th, 11:30-1:00pm Lee Center Atrium
First one of the semester! Stress Therapy Dogs will be on campus. Take a break, play with a dog, and melt your stress away. Enjoy free yummy snacks and stress relief information.  
Mind & Body Series: Meditation & Yoga for Stress Relief
Wednesday, 13th, Two Sessions-12:30-1:15pm & 1:15-2:00pm, Lee Center Room 214
Explore the many ways that meditation and yoga can reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. No experience with mediation or yoga needed. Free snacks, teas and relaxing item giveaways. Hope to see you there!
 
Health and Wellness Fair
Wednesday, 20th, 12:00-3:00pm, Ballston Center
The fair will feature a variety of health assessments and services, interactive exhibits, free samples, and other activities.
