Every Wednesday the Student Health Center offers an event or program designed to promote health and wellness among Marymount students.
Wednesday, February 7th from 11:30am-1pm in the Lee Center Atrium
Stress Therapy Dogs will be on campus. Take a break, play with a dog, and melt your stress away. Enjoy free yummy snacks and stress relief information.

Explore the many ways that meditation and yoga can reduce stress, promote self acceptence, increase creativity and enhance overall well-being. No experience with mediation or yoga needed. Free snacks, teas and relaxing item giveaways. Hope to see you there!
