Doggie Destress

Wednesday, 3rd from 11:30-1:00pm in the Lee Center Atrium
First one of the semester! Stress Therapy Dogs will be on campus. Take a break, play with a dog, and melt your stress away. 

Restorative Yoga & Mindful Meditation

Wednesday, 10th and 24th from 12:45-1:30pm in the Lee Center Room 21
Explore the many ways that meditation and yoga can reduce stress, promote self acceptence, increase creativity and enhance overall well-being. No experience with mediation or yoga needed. 

Get Yourself Tested Night!

Thursday, 11th from 4:00pm -7:00pm in  The Student Health Center, Berg Hall 1014

FREE and Confidential STI SCREENING!
1 in 2 young people will get a sexually transmitted infection by age 25 – and most won't know it! Since most STI'S are asymptomatic,(without symptoms) the only accurate way to know your status is to get tested. Testing performed by Alexandra Health Department.

Art of Wellness Workshop

Wednesday, 17th from 5:30-6:30pm in Berg Hall 100
Join us for artwork in a relaxing, stress-free atmosphere. Explore your inner creativity.No experinse with art needed.

"If They Had Known"Film and Panel Dscussion

Thursday, 18th from 6:00-7:15pm in the Library Board Room

A documentary film that focuses on the risks of current party culture. It is not a film about addiction or substance abuse. It is a film for college students by college students about the risks of the recreational mixing of prescription drugs with alcohol. The common trend of experimenting with prescription drugs and alcohol is unfortunately very common on college campuses across the country and is resulting in tragic accidents. Free Dinner Provided to Atendees.

Narcan Training

Thurday, 25th from 5:30-7:00pm in the Library Board Room
Save a life with a Spray! Narcan training! Narcan given as a nasal spray can reverse the effects of an opioid overdose and save a life! Learn to administer Narcan and obtain Narcan after completion of training. Free Dinner Provided. Limited spaces avaible
