Facility Requests

Faculty may request use of specified University’s facilities through the Conference Center. The Conference Center is responsible for coordinating the use of the following locations:

Main Campus

  • Reinsch Auditorium
  • Lee Reception Room/Barry Art Gallery
  • Library Board Room
  • Main House
  • Private Dining Room
  • Dining Hall Zones 1 & 2 (staff and faculty side)
  • Lola’s Cafe
  • Dining Hall Landings
  • Caruthers Octagon
  • Malek Plaza
  • Ireton Lawn
  • Rowley Lobby
  • Rowley Patio

Ballston Campus

  • Truland Auditorium and Gallery
  • Green Room
  • Ballston Conference Center
  • Ballston 507 (board room)

Use of these facilities is on a first-come, first-served basis and is limited to normal University hours. All inquiries will be responded to or confirmed within 24 business hours.

To make your request, please use the Conference Center Event Request Form. Completed space requests can be dropped off in-person at the Conference Center in Rowley Hall, by campus mail, or by e-mail.
