Student Health Insurance

Fall 2020

Undergraduate students registered for 12 or more credits and all graduate students registered for 9 or more credits for the Fall 20 semester, will be automatically enrolled in and billed for the Student Health Insurance Plan. 

The fall semester online waiver site opens on or around 06/01/2020 and closes on or around 10/01/2020 @ 5:00pm. If you intend to exercise the waiver option, you must do so by the deadline date or be responsible for the $1,915 premium charge (subject to change).

If you have coverage through an individual or family plan, you can waive the university sponsored plan by submitting a waiver. The waiver can be found by logging into myMarymount and clicking “Student Health Insurance Waiver/ Enrollment” under the Sign On Links.

Spring 2021

Undergraduate students registered for 12 or more credits and all graduate students registered for 9 or more credits beginning in the Spring 2020 semester, will be automatically enrolled in and billed for the Student Health Insurance Plan. 

If you have coverage through an individual or family plan, you can waive the university sponsored plan by submitting a waiver. The waiver can be found by logging into myMarymount and clicking “Student Health Insurance Waiver/ Enrollment” under the Sign On Links.

Summer 2021

Undergraduate students registered for 12 or more credits and all graduate students registered for 6 or more credits beginning  Summer 21 semester, will be automatically enrolled in and billed for the Student Health Insurance Plan.The Summer 21 semester online waiver site will open on or around 5/8/2020.  Please contact SHS if you have any questions.

If you have coverage through an individual or family plan, you can waive the university sponsored plan by submitting a waiver. The waiver can be found by logging into myMarymount and clicking “Student Health Insurance Waiver/ Enrollment” under the Sign On Links.

If you intend to exercise the waiver option, you must do so by the deadline date or be responsible for the $541 premium charge.
