Interpreter Requests

Students Requiring an Interpreter

Students who require the assistance of a sign language interpreter in classes are responsible for submitting the Interpreter Services Request Form to access@marymount.edu.

These services are provided by external contractors and require advance notification. When possible, students should request services at least 2 weeks prior to requested service date.

Canceling Interpreter Services

Students should cancel services at least a week in advance when an absence is planned. It is the student’s responsibility to notify SAS if he/she will be absent from a class period so that services may be canceled.
 

Faculty / Staff Requiring an Interpreter

Faculty and or Staff member sponsoring an event should complete and submit the Non-student Interpreter Request form to access@marymount.edu.
