Sponsored by the School of Education and Human Services and The Center for Global Education, this 3-credit hands on DCJS certified clandestine excavation class includes locating, organizing, documenting and recovering human remains. Students learn the proper techniques used to locate burial sites and excavate surface remains. Students also learn how long to preserve and excavate without losing or damaging evidence or remains.
