Career Events for Student Groups

Hey Student Leaders! Want $50 to fund a career-related event for your organization this year? Partner with Career Services!

Marymount’s Center for Career Services would like to support the diverse professional interests of its various student clubs and organizations by offering MU student groups financial support so that you and your fellow members can make your career-focused events GREAT! In addition to donating these funds to support your event, if your club or organization is interested in this opportunity, our staff will sit down with you to collaborate on potential concepts for your career-related event and give you professional tips on how to ensure its success. From hosting an on-campus panel discussion to taking a career field trip into DC or organizing a career services workshop on a topic of your choice, we are open to your unique ideas and want to help you make your career event happen!

To take advantage of this brand new opportunity, all you have to do is brainstorm an event concept with your fellow members, review these suggested event planning guidelines, and fill out this brief online registration form, which will ask you to describe the basic details of your event. Upon submitting the form, a Career Services staff member will reply to you within 48 business hours with directions on how to move forward with your event.
