The Strategic Human Resource Management class (HRM 533) serves as an integrative capstone for the Human Resource Management degree. This culminating practicum experience exemplifies the focus of the HRM program by integrating research and application. Students research best practices and then apply that knowledge to a specific company. Past student projects have included:
