Internships

All Marymount undergraduate students complete an internship as part of their program of study. The internship provides an opportunity to test career goals as well as acquire some practical professional experience.

English majors discover that they have a wide range of internship choices since employers in most fields are anxious to find interns with strong communication and analytical skills.

The Washington area provides a wealth of opportunities for challenging internships in exciting organizations in government, museums, schools, international agencies, and research institutions.
