How do I identify scholarly peer-reviewed articles?

When searching in a database you can apply a peer reviewed limiter, or you can read the article and identify if it contains all of the necessary elements of a peer reviewed article. What are the library’s fines and fees?

L&LS does not charge overdue fines for Marymount books to currently enrolled students, faculty or staff (with the exception of reserve materials and technology). Once the book is 30 days overdue it is considered lost and you will be charged an $80 lost item fee and a $30 processing fee. How do I submit an article request through Interlibrary Loan (ILL)?

Under the 'Quick Links' column on the Library home page click on 'Articles & Databases.' This will take you to 'Databases by Subject.' Click the letter 'G', and then choose 'Google Scholar.'
