When any individual encounters an alleged violation of University policy, that individual – also known as “the respondent” – should complete an
Information Report and submit it to the Office of Campus and Residential Services.
The report will ask the respondent to describe the incident, name those present, and explain what was witnessed.
The assistant director for Student Conduct will read the report and determine what possible violations of University policy occurred.

Student Conduct Process.
