Themed Communities

Marymount's Office of Campus and Residential Services offers opportunities for undergraduate students with similar interests to live together in themed communities. Each themed community provides its residents with an atmosphere dedicated to academic success, student support, and activities geared for the enrichment of their residents.

The Women of Faith Community
Located in Gerard Hall, this community is designed bring together women of all faiths and religions to discuss and explore topics of spirituality. Past programs have included service-learning opportunities, weekly afternoon teas to discuss various topics, and attending campus events together. This community partners with MU Campus Ministry to plan programs and create connections within Campus Ministry.

Marymount University Global Thinkers Community
This community is a residential community for both U.S. and international students, geared toward diversifying global knowledge and enhancing mutual respect and understanding among students of different backgrounds. Members will be engaged in a number of cross-cultural programs and experiences to enhance their sensitivity to diversity and the promotion of social justice across borders. This community is open to both male and female students and is located in Gerard Hall.
