Ashley Ladyman

Ashley Ladyman joined the Office of Campus and Residential Services as a Residence Director in June 2011. Her educational background consists of a M.S. Ed. in Higher Education/Student Affairs Administration from Old Dominion University and a B.A. in International Business and Spanish from Virginia Wesleyan College.

Her primary responsibilities include providing direct support, programs, and services for on-campus, residential students; supervising the Assistant Residence Directors and Resident Assistants; providing mediation, counseling, and resources to students in crisis; providing leadership development opportunities for Resident Assistants through training and in-services; serving as a hearing officer for students and serving as a resource as they navigate the Marymount University judicial system.

Ashley brings experience in campus activities, leadership development, residence life, first-year and sophomore experience programming, and sorority life. Prior to Marymount, she worked at Old Dominion University, Regent University, and Florida International University. She is actively involved in the Southeast Association of Housing Officers. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys exploring the District, traveling , going to Nationals games, and watching University of Florida football.
