Assistant Director
Amanda is a proud alumna of the Marymount University Clinical Mental Health Counseling program (M.A.) and is a Nationally Certified Counselor. In her role as Assistant Director, Amanda provides individual coaching and career services programming that addresses career development within the context of the “whole person”, emphasizing proactive engagement for student success. With a student-centered approach, Amanda partners with faculty, alumni, university staff/student services, and the community to connect students to career, service, or post-graduate studies opportunities both while at Marymount and beyond. In addition to her Master’s Degree, Amanda holds a B.F.A from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts.

Coordinator
Jessica works with the Career Services staff to produce events for students and alumni. She also coordinates with employers for on-campus recruiting events, such as Employer-of-the-Day tables, employer information sessions and on-campus interviews. Jessica received her B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Wheeling Jesuit University.

Administrative Secretary
Amanda leads the Career Services student assistant team and handles the frontline customer service for the office. She works closely with both Career Services staff and student assistants to plan new programs and events to meet Career Services objectives. Amanda received her B.A. in Communication and Political Science from Virginia Tech.

Assistant Director
In addition to her primary role as a career coach for Marymount students and alumni, Carin works closely with Marymount student organizations, faculty, and staff to spread awareness about the importance of engaging in career development activities throughout the college experience. She is passionate about helping students achieve a greater sense of direction and purpose in their post-graduate pursuits and is committed to guiding Marymount students and alumni towards meaningful careers. Carin received her B.A. in Sociology from the University of Virginia and her M.Ed. in College Student Development and Counseling from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is also a Nationally Certified Counselor.

Executive Director, Career Services
David provides leadership and strategic oversight for the Center for Career Services by engaging with internal and external partners to establish programs which support current students and alumni in their career development needs. He is committed to helping Marymount students achieve their career dreams. David received his B.A. in Psychology from the University of Missouri, his M.A. in College Student Personnel from Bowling Green State University, and his Ph.D. from the University of Maryland.
