On-Campus Recruiting

At the Center for Career Services, our goal is to help you recruit qualified Marymount University candidates for your part-time, internship, and full-time position needs. All of our on-campus recruiting services are offered to you free of charge. Opportunities are available to recruit on our main campus in Arlington, as well as at our Ballston and Reston centers. Reaching our students is easy and can be accomplished both in-person and virtually through:

Online Job Postings

Posting a part-time, internship, or full-time position visible to Marymount students and alumni is easy. Our online job board, Jobs4Saints, is designed to simplify your recruiting needs. It takes just a few minutes to create an employer profile and post a job which is then instantly visible to over 3000 students and tens of thousands of alums. Employers are encouraged to read our guidelines before posting a position.

Information Sessions

If you would like to increase your visibility on campus, a great way to do so is to host an information session. These hour-long programs are designed to provide students with greater insight into your organization and its hiring processes. Our staff will book the room and promote your session to those students you would most like to target.

“Employer of the Day” Program

The “Employer of the Day” program is like a mini Career Fair featuring your organization exclusively. We will set you up in a high-traffic area on campus which allows you to target a large amount of students directly. This personal approach can help you build brand awareness for your organization as well as promote specific hiring needs.

On-Campus Interviewing

The Center for Career Services has dedicated interview space for you to meet with Marymount students directly. Participating in on-campus interviews can help you save time by scheduling multiple interviews in a short period of time. Additionally, our staff provides administrative assistance on the day of interviews by handling all the interview logistics.

Workshop and Event Participation

Another great way to build your visibility at Marymount is to participate in on-campus events and workshops. Throughout the year, the Center for Career Services presents workshops and events designed to expose students to a variety of career paths as well as polish their professional skills. You are welcome to participate in these events by speaking about your industry or field and networking with our students. These initial connections with students can create a pipeline of talent for your organization.
