About Jobs4Saints for Employers

Jobs4Saints is an online recruiting tool that lists job openings, internship opportunities, and career-related events on campus and in the local community. Employers can create a Jobs4Saints account, free of charge. As a registered employer on the system, you provide a profile that includes an overview of your organization and its products and services. Your account provides full access to a range of recruitment tools and the opportunity to promote your organization to undergraduate and graduates students, as well as alumni.

You will be given an opportunity to create an account at the end of this page. First, you should know that once your account is created, you have full access to the following recruiting vehicles:

  • On-Campus Recruiting
  • Information Sessions
  • Information Table Displays
  • Career Fairs
  • Posting Job and Internship Opportunities

On-Campus Recruiting (OCR)
The Center for Career Services (CCS) arranges all on-campus interviewing and career briefing events for graduate and undergraduate students and alumni. These events will be arranged at either the Ballston Center or the Main Campus depending on your preference. This program gives employers the opportunity to interview current students and recent graduates for internships and full- or part-time job positions. Using Jobs4Saints, you can preselect candidates and invite them to sign up for on-campus interviews.

Information Sessions
This is a good way to increase your organization’s visibility on campus! These sessions provide an opportunity for students to learn about all your organization and all it has to offer. You can schedule an information session by reserving a date using Jobs4Saints.

Information Table Displays
An information table is designed to catch students on the go. It is an informal on-campus recruiting opportunity that allows an organization’s representatives to meet students and distribute recruitment literature. You can request an information table, using Jobs4Saints.

Career Fairs
In the fall and spring semesters, Marymount hosts career fairs to put employers in touch with students seeking internship and job opportunities. If you are a recruiter representing a local, regional or national organization, take part in a fair on campus to increase student awareness of the opportunities offered by your organization. Visit Jobs4Saints to register for our next career fair!
