Improve and maintain your personal fitness! Come to the Fitness Center.

Easily accessible for members of the Marymount community, the Fitness Center features a wide array of equipment and is conveniently located on the lower level of the Lee Center.

Join in a group fitness workout or strike out on your own at a time that suits your schedule. View Hours of Operation.

Classes are fun, motivating, and challenging for all fitness levels. Join in any of these free classes:
  • Ashtanga Yoga - Wednesdays and Thursdays, 12:30 p.m., Lee Center Aerobics Room
  • Boot Camp - Mondays and Thursdays, 7-8 a.m., Turf Field
  • Core and More Cardio Blast - Mondays and Wednesdays , 6 -7 p.m., Lee Center Aerobics Room
 
Available facilities:
 
  • Cardiovascular equipment including treadmills, elliptical movement equipment, upright and semi-recumbent bicycles
  • Power Systems and Precor strength training equipment and a variety of free weights
  • Group exercise area for step aerobics, Zumba, and yoga classes
  • Men’s and women’s locker and shower rooms
