Campus Wars

At Marymount, students know that much can be accomplished in the spirit of good, hard-fought competition. And that’s what Campus Wars is all about – pitting teams of students representing the North Side of campus vs. South Side of campus vs. Commuters – to battle it out for a good cause.

In the first Marymount Campus Wars project – a book drive for the Invisible Children, a movement seeking to end the conflict in Uganda and stop the abduction of children for use as child soldiers – a total of 4,300 books were collected. The Commuter team took the lead.

The Commuters also won the second challenge – Penny Wars, a program sponsored by the Campus Ministry Association.

Participate as much as you can in Campus Wars so your team can have bragging rights in helping make the world a better place!
