Dr. Aly Eisenhardt joined the Marymount University faculty in 2008. Prior to coming to the University, she was a health care administrator for the United States Navy, where she served eight years of active duty in the Medical Service Corps.
Dr. Eisenhardt research work includes the following topics: cultural competency in health care, ethical decision making in health care management, changing technology in health care, and senior executive views of interpersonal skills.
Dr. Eisenhardt is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
