As a dually certified nurse practitioner in pediatrics and women's health, Dr. Faith Claman has more than 30 years of experience in delivering health care to some of the most vulnerable populations, nationally and abroad. Committed to continued clinical excellence, she maintains a practice at the Arlington County Health Department.
Prior to her joining the faculty at Marymount, Dr. Claman has taught nursing education at various institutions across the United States, both classroom and Web-based; her peer-reviewed publications focus on women's health and pediatrics issues.
Dr. Claman is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Associates and Practitioners, and the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women's Health.
