Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in any federal funded education program or activity. Sexual harassment, sexual violence, stalking and intimate partner violence may all be forms of sex discrimination.

The University will not tolerate any sexual harassment, sexual violence, stalking and intimate partner violence. The University’s Interim Title IX Coordinator oversees the resolution of all misconduct covered by this policy.
