Women’s Lacrosse Falls at Susquehanna

Arlington, Va. – Marymount University’s women’s lacrosse team fell 20-6 at Susquehanna in non-conference action on Wednesday night. The Saints drop to 1-4 overall on the season.

Tancy Weatherford and Megan McGuirk led the Saints with two goals each. Molly Maher and Cecilia Pasquale added lone goals for MU while Stephanie Flood and Lindsay Quinn chimed in with assists.

Maher led Marymount with four ground balls and a pair of caused turnovers.

Brynn Reid led the Crusaders (4-0) with five goals on the night.

Marymount returns to action on Wednesday as it opens Capital Athletic Conference play against 19th-ranked Stevenson. Game time is set for 12 p.m. at Long Bridge Park and is the opening game of a doubleheader with the men’s team.
