Wednesday, September 28, 2011
Salisbury, Md. – Marymount University’s women’s soccer team fell 3-0 to Salisbury in Capital Athletic Conference action on Wednesday afternoon. The Saints drop to 4-5-0 overall and 0-2-0 in league play.

Giving up a pair of first half goals, MU couldn’t pull off the comeback against a tough Sea Gulls (6-3-2, 2-0-0 CAC) defense. The Saints managed just four shots against Salisbury in the game.

In goal, Victoria Wyand (3-5-0) pulled in eight saves in the loss for MU.

Marymount returns to action on Tuesday as it travels to face CAC rival Mary Washington.
