Marymount never trailed in the game. The Saints led by as many as 12 in the opening frame before settling for a 35-27 advantage going into halftime.
Coming out of the break, the Saints quickly regained their double-digit lead and put together a 21-9 run over the first 10 minutes of the second half to go up 20. The Yellow Jackets would battle back, eventually cutting the deficit to just right points at 63-55 with 2:24 but couldn’t get any closer as the Saints closed out the game at the free throw line.
Hannah Livermon led Randolph-Macon with 17 points while Katie Anderson added 14.
