Johnson Leads Golf in 2013-14 Opener
Harrisburg, Pa. – Marymount University’s Brad Johnson paced the men’s golf team in the season opening tournament at Penn State Harrisburg Fall Invitational on Tuesday. The sophomore All-Capital Athletic Conference performer carded an 81 to finish in 19th place for the Saints.
Making their collegiate debuts, freshmen Christian Ryan and Rafael Camacho shot rounds of 93 and 97 to finish tied for 42nd and 45th, respectively.
Marymount did not record a team score.
Albright and York (Pa.) tied for first with matching rounds of 303 followed by host Penn State Harrisburg at 306. Stevenson carded a 329, followed by Hood with 344, Wesley with 354 and Penn State Abington with 356.
The Saints return to action on Wednesday as they take part in the Messiah Falcon Invite in Harrisburg.
