Men’s Lacrosse Falls at #7 Salisbury
Salisbury, Md. – Marymount University’s men’s lacrosse team fell 16-7 at seventh-ranked Salisbury in Capital Athletic Conference action on Saturday afternoon. The Saints drop to 5-3 overall and 0-2 in league play.
Jack Burke and Connor Kellogg led the Saints with two goals each. Vince Lodato, George Pugh and Ian Gordon each added a lone goal for the Blue and White.
Lodato, Max Johnson and Michael Mene each pitched in and assist as well.
Gordon led the Saints with seven ground balls while Michael Bitonti collected six. Lance Bernecker paced MU with two caused turnovers.
In goal, Derek DiGiovanni (5-3) collected 21 saves for the Saints.
Wade Korvin led Salisbury (10-2, 3-0 CAC) with four goals.
