This is the second session in a new series of monthly info sessions that the Center for Global Education will be hosting for MU faculty and staff throughout the 2014-2015 Academic Year. The purpose of these sessions, is to better educate Marymount faculty and staff on some key areas of global education that are relevant to their relationship with the Center for Global Education and the students we serve. **Please be sure to bring your own lunch! No RSVP required.**
Session #2: Local to Global Initiatives
The MU Local to Global Initiative promotes internationalization at Marymount by partnering with staff, student groups, and academic departments to provide opportunities to explore global issues, engage with the international community, and develop global competencies that are essential to culturally diverse work environments -- all in the local community. Come to this session to learn more about initiating a Local to Global event for your students!
