The Black Alumni Network of Marymount University invites you to the production of "Ladies Swing the Blues" and a post-show reception to meet the cast at the MetroStage Theater in Alexandria.
From MetroStage: "The year is 1955. The place is New York City's 52nd Street, the cultural mecca of jazz in the universe. Explore the jazz folklore, mythologies and backstage stories of the 40's and 50's at a gathering to commemorate the passing of jazz legend Charlie Parker.
