The Marymount University Telecom Services is located on the ground floor of Berg Hall. Offices hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
This unit is responsible for the following services:
- Administration of voice mail system
- Adds, moves, and changes to the phone switch
- Daily backup of phone system
- Maintain campus emergency phones
- Maintain and update on-campus 911 database
- Purchase, set up and maintenance of cell phones

How do I access the MU Campus Telephone Directory?
Please login in to the My Marymount Portal. You will find a channel called "Campus Directory". You can search MU faculty and staff phone numbers by last name, first name, and department.
How do I reach people on campus if they aren't in the MU Campus Telephone Directory?

The Marymount Switchboard Operator or Campus Safety receives calls 24 hours a day. (Press "0" if you reach the auto-attendant.)
How do I access my voice mail?
From on-campus dial 7200 or from off-campus dial (703)526-6887. Enter your four digit extension followed by the STAR (*) key. When prompted, enter your password. (Note: If you are calling from your campus phone, it is not necessary to enter your extension number. Instead press 7 to listen to your messages.
How do I request help with my phone in my room or office?
