Information Technology Services at Marymount University provides computing infrastructure, facilities and support to students, faculty and staff. ITS responds as a service provider, as a technical support provider, and as a consulting resource for many teaching and research efforts. We provide services designed to help the Marymount University community seeking technical support. Some of these services are the IT Support Line, Computer Training, Computing Labs, and ResNet Services.
ITS units provide support for a wide array of services and programs which support data, voice, video communication needs of MU students, faculty and staff. These units are:IT Support Services
manages a centralized technology support line; configures, installs and repairs PCs, Macs, printers and other equipment; installs and tests software; maintains equipment inventory; offers consulting services; and manages E-Classrooms.Information Systems
supports the campus network infrastructure, enterprise servers, and Datatel applications.Telecom Services
maintains telecommunications services including equipment, configuration, and voicemail.
