Greetings from the home of the Marymount Saints!
Marymount is an NCAA Division III institution and a member of the Capital Athletic Conference. We field 12 men’s and women’s teams, in 7 different sports.
Our University’s mission is education of the whole person; for many MU students, participating in intercollegiate athletics is a big part of that educational experience. Our student-athletes strive for excellence in their sports. At the same time, they work hard to fulfill their potential in the classroom and to be leaders and role models within our campus community.
This education of the whole person – the moral, intellectual, physical, and spiritual growth that a Marymount education offers – is great preparation for a successful and satisfying future.
I don’t want to forget to mention the important part athletics play in making Marymount a fun place to be. We have a lot of school spirit at MU, and the campus community loves to cheer for the Saints!
