AU Dubai offers courses in business, including international business and management studies, accounting, e-Business, marketing, marketing communications; civil, electrical and computer engineering; communication, information studies and Middle Eastern studies, many of which are at the junior and senior level.
AU Dubai Campus- Located on the beautiful Arabian Gulf, Dubai, is a leading center for business and tourism in the Middle East. The city is a blend of modern amenities and colorful traditions, with some 700,000 residents.
The American University in Dubai is located in Jameira near beautiful beach and park facilities, yet only a short drive to the city's thriving business center. The campuses provides students with exceptional academic resources and facilities, including design labs, art studios, Mac and PC computer labs, photography studio, interior design resource room, student union and the largest library in the UAE. Exceptional student housing is provided. Experiences available to AUD students range from shopping in the legendary marketplaces to playing some of the world's best golf.
Program Facilities & Housing
The American University of Dubai has its own on-campus housing. Each student will have a dorm room with private bathroom that is shared with one other student from the University. There are two free Internet hook-ups in the dorm rooms. Common areas for cooking and TV use are on the ground floor along with a gym and laundry facilities.
All residence halls are located in the northwest corner of the AUD campus within a 2-to-5 minute walk to the academic buildings, library, computer labs, cafeteria, small grocery shop, and the outdoor sports facilities that include basketball, tennis and volleyball courts, as well as a soccer field and swimming pool.
Cost & Aid
Students pay Marymount University tuition in addition to housing costs at your destination, a $200 Study Abroad fee, and MU technology fee. Additional costs include the flight to and from your destination city, meals, local transportation, books and supplies, student visa, travel while abroad, entertainment, and other miscellaneous items.
Most students participating in this program can apply their federal, state, and personal loans towards the total cost of the program.
