Teaching Licensure Programs

Students who want to pursue a career as a teacher must major in a liberal arts or sciences discipline and complete teacher-education courses. Teacher licensure is available in the following:
 
  • Art Education (B.A. in Art with licensure for grades K-12)
  • Elementary Education (B.A. in Multidisciplinary Studies with licensure for grades PK-6)
  • Secondary Education
    • Biology (B.S. in Biology with licensure for grades 6-12)
    • English (B.A. in English with licensure for grades 6-12)
    • History (B.A. in History with licensure for grades 6-12)
    • Mathematics (B.S. in Mathematics with licensure for grades 6-12)
