Paralegal Studies (Undergraduate Certificate)

The undergraduate certificate in Paralegal Studies is approved by the American Bar Association (ABA), a Marymount distinction setting it apart from other universities in the DC area. Graduates of ABA-approved programs may not provide legal services to the public, except as permitted by law; however, they are extremely well equipped for their careers as paralegals.

This certificate requires successful completion of coursework plus 24 hours of approved pro bono legal service to the community.

This certificate is available to students currently enrolled in any Marymount degree program.
