The M.A. in Human Resource Management is available at Marymount’s Reston Center, delivered in a cohort format.
The cohort approach allows students to be part of an energizing, collaborative learning community – a group of students with common goals who take classes together throughout the duration of the program.
The program runs for six semesters and includes all the courses necessary to complete the
HRM degree. This program is designed for beginning and advancing HR professionals, with classes meeting on evenings and weekends.
