Upsilon Phi Delta
Upsilon Phi Delta is a national honor academic society for students in health care administration. The founders of the society feel that health is the objective of all our work, that caring is the essential trait of all people in health care, and that leadership is the essential trait of those who would lead and manage our health care systems.

The purpose of Upsilon Phi Delta is to further the professional competence and dedication of its members for the profession of health care management.

Undergraduate members must have a minimum GPA of 3.25. Graduate members must have a minimum 3.5 GPA and/or be in the top 10% of their class.

Student Committee, American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE)
The American College of Healthcare Executives is an international professional society of more than 30,000 health care executives who lead hospitals, health care systems, and other health care organizations. HCM Student Group
The purpose of the HCM Student Group is to engage HCM graduate students in activities that will foster opportunities in leadership, networking, career guidance, education and general communication flow among the HCM student body. The group will be designed with a leadership structure that will allow for continuity of the Group from year to year. The Group will engage in activities that support the University’s relationship with the community to include NCHE, potential donors to the HCM Scholarship, and the HR Advisory Board. The Group will ensure that the HCM students don’t miss out on opportunities that will advance their careers and development such as job fairs, fellowships, case competitions, etc.

The HCM Student Group will hold monthly meetings and be a conduit of information from the Director as well as the Graduate Student Council.
