The B.A. in Criminal Justice program uses simulations and review of problem-solving methods from actual cases to enhance your understanding of lectures and materials. Traditional and contemporary models of crime prevention, criminal investigation, jurisprudence, punishment and rehabilitation, and organization and administrative theory are explored. The B.S. in Criminal Justice with Forensic Science concentration introduces students to the application of science to law. Investigators in various law enforcement agencies at all levels are expected to possess rudimentary knowledge of various law techniques, including serology (DNA testing), hair and fiber analyses, gunshot residue testing, toxicology, and drug analyses.
