Description The project will create moderate to vigorous intensity exercises and games for a local 4th grade elementary school. We will then use these games during recess at the school to engage the children in the recommended 60 minutes of activity per day. The study will investigate the difference in fitness and activity levels of these children before and after the recess intervention in addition to comparing to other grades which do not receive the intervention.
Date Posted February 21, 2011
