Early Arrival Requests

Unless pre-approved for early arrival, your move-in dates and times are as previously stated. Due to building renovations, we are unable to accept early arrival requests in Berg and Rowley Halls.  Student leaders and athletes assigned to these halls should submit an early arrival request and anticipate being placed in temporary housing.

Early arrival requests to other buildings are considered on a first come, first serve basis. Requests are granted in extreme circumstances and only available if the assigned room is ready. Unfortunately, not all requests can be granted.

Early arrival charges will apply for all students moving in before their assigned move-in date. The early arrival rate is $55 per day.
