NOVA and Other Virginia Community College Students
Our aim is to make your transition to Marymount as seamless as possible. We can help you maximize your course selections and academic experience at Virgina's community colleges in preparation for transfer to Marymount.
NOVA students who meet the following requirements are guaranteed admission to Marymount University:
- Complete an Associate of Arts (A.A.) or Associate of Science (A.S.) degree from NOVA, or an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) in Interior Design or Health Information Management from NOVA
- Have a minimum 2.75 GPA
- Earn their most recent 30 academic credits from NOVA
- Fulfill any additional provisions as outlined in the Guaranteed Admissions Agreement

Admissions counselors are available to answer questions about programs of interest, financial aid opportunities, and credit transferability by phone or in person.
